I am a 46 year old woman who has more weight and can not lose it all.?
Here it is. I had a hysterectomy five years ago and has was Premarin. I was a smoker for 30 years. I do not take hormones, I stopped in December 2006. I won about 50 pounds. I have about two months has changed my diet, eating 5 small meals of 250 to 300 calories, low carb, high protien. I do not drink soda, just water and skim milk. I was walking about 3 miles 3 times a week and walk a mile the other day with my dogs. I try to do more exercise, but after a foot, the ankle was so painful that can barely walk after a break. I changed shoes and see if that helps. What am I doing wrong for me to lose weight? Be less weight would help ankles. I have a good multi vitamin, picolinate chromium, glucosamine chondroitin MSM. Can anyone give me some advice? I have not lost a single pound. It seems to be winning.
